ECO-FRIENDLY PARTICLE BOARD

Traditional particle board is made out of wood chips and resin, which acts as a binding agent. But what if instead of resin, we were to use waste plastic as that binding agent? We’d end up with a strong, lightweight board that has an abundance of uses in construction. 

By using these materials, we’d not only benefit from the thermal properties of plastic, but we’d be making use of waste that would otherwise end up polluting the environment. It might be a bit colourful for some people’s tastes, but that’s nothing a coat of paint can’t fix!
